According to a latest research, 64% of Americans drink minimum one cup of coffee on daily basis.

But addictive people take 7-10 cups of coffee which is an alarming situation for health.

We have all been avoiding what the doctors have been saying for quite some time now. Experts say that coffee leaves one to crave more and excess intake of coffee is dangerous to serious problems like heart diseases and stunt growth.

Problems do not end here, coffee damages our digestive tract which means heart burns, stomach ulcers etc.

Office workers or students love coffee the most. That is because they need to work for a long period of time. Too much work sucks out all your energy. So to gain some energy and stay awake, people drink lots of coffee.

But researches show that it that our bodies can only bare it for some time. The boost of energy our body gets instantly only makes us way more tired later.

So after some time, coffee does not really give us the benefit we want from it and our body does not get energized by coffee. So drop it  for this purpose.

COFFEE’S INFLUENCE ON BLOOD PRESSURE

Drinking coffee is not good for our blood pressure. Coffee Often spikes our blood pressure a little, but it does not stay like that for along time. Although, this up and down of blood pressure suddenly, is very dangerous.

To prevent you from serious issues like skewed blood pressure,coffee should not be taken often.

Especially those patients who are already suffering from high blood pressure.

COFFEE LEADS TO LOSS OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS

Drinking a lot of coffee leads to lack of vitamins and minerals in our body. This happens when drink we drink coffee and feel the need to use washroom again and again.

Elevated levels of urination, ends up in flushing of valuable minerals and vitamins. Maintenance of body needs minerals like potassium, magnesium and calcium. So too much coffee, is bad for our health.

COFFEE IS BAD FOR TEETH

 Coffee as the first thing in the morning is bad for our teeth. Everybody wants a pretty set of teeth, but drinking coffee first thing in the morning is bad for our teeth.

It is a reason for the staining and the sugar from our coffee leads to tooth decay.

Even if you do not put too much coffee in your coffee yourself, we all drink from our beloved popular coffee cafes. Those coffee cafes always high sugar in those flavored coffee drinks.

COFFEE CAUSES MOOD SWINGS

 Daily consumption of coffee can have effects on our mood swings. Switching from happy to irritate in a matter of minutes is because of our heavy dosage of coffee we take on daily basis.

This fluctuation in moods leads to permanent emotional issues. So, cut off a little of coffee in our life and live an emotionally stable, healthy life.

COFFEE ELEVATES ANXIETY AND STRESS

Our life is already too stressful these days for various reasons but to think that we are intentionally doing this to ourselves is just bad.

To cut off anxiety and stress from our lives, we need to stop drinking coffee right away.

Because coffee leads to adrenaline in our body, thus caffeine elevates the anxiety and stress too in our body.
