We always ask each other about what kind of food we like.The kind of taste buds we have. What do we prefer the most out of all the types. But we never really talk about water. About which type of water we prefer.

I know! Water has types? It actually does.

Water is the one of the most important thing in our lives. We can’t live without it. So there are many types of water and they all are different in many way. Some have more minerals; some are cheaper than others.

 Some people say that they don’t like drinking water because‘water has no taste’ but only the real water drinkers know that all water don’t taste the same.

So maybe you haven’t found the water you like. Because there are many types of water.

So here is a list for you on some of the best types of water for you to drink.

  1. SPARKLING WATER
  2. PURIFIED WATER

1 – SPARKLING WATER

The name of this water is just as fancy as the taste. It isc alled carbonated water because it is infused with carbon dioxide under some pressure. But it is purely water.

=> PROS

Some frizzy drink in your mouth and it has no artificial sweetener or sugar to make your diet disturbed. Which is why it s also called soda water or carbonated water.

=> CONS

 There is a downside to this. There aren’t enough minerals in this water type, in comparison to what your body needs. And it is available in posh restaurants too since it is fancy, so it more expensive than other water types.

3 – PURIFIED

Some people call it ground water or tap water. if you drink from kitchen sinks, you are basically drinking purified water in some countries like USA. Purified water is one of the safest water to drink.

=> PROS

It is treated to kill dangerous substances like fungi,bacteria and other parasites. And on top that, it contains all the minerals that your body needs. Calcium, magnesium potassium. All are in it.

=> CONS

Water has some good substances too like fluoride which is also killed by this water as it kills dangerous ones. fluoride is good in trimming down the chances of tooth decay. It also costs more to buy it or setup a filtration system.

3 – DISTILLED WATER

The process of this water is first boiling some water and then take all the steam from it and condense it in a clean container.

But because it is acidic, it it only suggested when you need to heal any pull out poisons from the body.

=> PROS

 Distilled water is great for you if you are suffering from bladder infection or any other infection. It is helpful in clearing up infections and keep the victim body part hydrated. But you should start drinking purified water again, if when the issue is healed.

=> CONS

It lacks minerals and vitamins, so it is not really healthy.In fact it sucks out minerals from body parts like teeth.

4 – MINERAL WATER

Mineral water has been losing its reputation for a little time, but it does have some of positive points.

=> PROS

As you can have an idea from the name, mineral water has loads of minerals in it. for example: calcium, sulfur, magnesium. It is also beneficial in digestion and is considered tasty. Although it may differ from one person to another, mineral water’s taste in chosen over purified water generally.

=> CONS

Lime scale is often found near appliances like coffee machines, kettle, iron etc. lime scale is an off-white chalky thing that is built up when there is an excess of calcium.

5 – FLAVORED

Fruits, vegetables and many other artificial flavors are in fused in this water. Sounds tasty don’t it? So as expected, people are ditching other water types to drink flavored water.

=> PROS

Due to it’s tasty flavor, people end up drinking water in a large amount which is necessary for body. As a human body needs an intake of8-10 glasses per day.

=> CONS

Artificial flavors and sweeteners contain a lot of sugar ,which leads to not only gain in weight, but also a risk for diabetes.

6 – WELL WATER

Well water is common in rural areas.  Well water is also called ‘groundwater’ because it is taken straight from the ground.

=> PROS

 Access to well water in rural is extremely easy. Well water is okay to drink after setting up a filtration system to you well water and getting an annual checkup to make sure water is clean of any bacteria or other harmful substances.

=> CONS

Natural well water is not treated to get the pH system balanced or get rid of the bacteria and parasitic infections, so it is said to be harmful for health.
