HAIR
Our hair suffer the most in summer, they get greasy and dull. Try to use straighter, hairdryer and other heating hair products as little as possible.
And if you have plans of vacationing, like hitting beachesor going to a pool party, we would like to suggest a change in your shampoo and conditioner. Switch to a non-chlorine shampoo and conditioner.
This will help in neutralizing the chlorine from your hair and will keep tm undamaged,nourished and healthy.
EYES
In the heat, our eyes start burning. Burning to the point that we cannot even function comfortably. They start getting a little yellowish. Splash some water cold water into your eyes few times a day and buy yourself some stylish sunglasses.
This will not only protect your eyes from heat but also give you a cool, summery, stylish look. Keeping a cool look in summer is very difficult as everybody is just so irritated by summer. You can also consult with an eye specialist and ask for some eye drops.
SKIN
In summer, try not to get under direct sunlight from 10am to 4pm. As during this time period, sun is on its peak and UV rays will damage your skin pretty badly. And use a high SPF sunblock lotion too.
It is very important. Try to wash your face and re-apply sunblock after every 3-4 hours especially if you are in open area or the sunlight is bare on you.
EXFOLIATION
Dead skin cells due to heat in common in summer. Skin gets rashes, reddish, allergic and whatnot. So do not forget to exfoliate your skin to keep your skin smooth, silky, beautiful and healthy.
Just make an exfoliating lotion yourself to use it. All you need is oatmeal, milk and yogurt. Or simply take a loafer to lightly scrub your dead skin cells off. You Can consult a doctor for any scrub product to use too.
WATER
In summer, it is nothing new to be always on the verge of passing out. That is because all the sweating leaves our body dehydrated.

So it’s extremely important to drink as much water as you can especially in the daytime. Always keep a bottle of water with you. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
But be wary that do not drink or pour water on you immediately after being in heat for a long time. Do not go directly into an air-conditioned room directly from outside too.
COOLING FOOD
To keep going in excruciating heat, eat as much of food items that make your body cool from inside as possible.
Foods that are cooling to human body are yogurt, coconut water, milk with honey, peppermint, mint,fruits, vitamin-C rich foods etc.
FRESH JUICE
Try to ditch sodas for fresh juices this summer. There are so many different kinds of fresh juices you can go for. You can mix them all upas you like for a different, exotic taste.
You can never be bored of fresh juices as there are so many options. So many fruits like orange, melon, lemonade, pineapple etc. Examples for fresh juices you can enjoy of vegetables are carrot, cucumber and beetroot.
HYGIENE
Summer means sweating. Sweating means germs. You need to be very careful about hygiene. Everything you drink, eat should be clean. Make Sure of that in restaurants and even at home.
Keep washing your hands too before every meal at least. Your health depends on how hygienic you are. Bacteria tend to get stronger in summer.
